Description

Split Collars can be used to replace the gold drive shaft e-clip retainers. We recommend using Blue Loctite when installing set screws; 1 kit will service one winch for  both high and low-speed shafts. This kit services all winches we sell on our website. This is something we cannot install here as a dealer but something we came up with as a solution. These are straightforward to install. These are not factory parts, which means the winch company has never had these as a solution, but this will cure future problems. When appropriately installed, tighten these evenly and do not over-tighten them during installation.
