Shipping
Most orders placed M-F will ship on the same day. All orders placed over the weekend will begin shipping the following week. We do ship all items by priority mail since we do not have a storefront; all orders ship online.
We use Priority Mail, which is superfast for orders that arrive fast in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. Ups FedEx and Priority Mail May be used in the USA. For every order we ship, you will get tracking information sent to you shortly after your order is placed.
Most orders shipped with Priority Mail will arrive within one to three business days; if you need expedited shipping and would rather have it overnight, please call us for a shipping quote.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping costs or processing fees. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error; otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There are no returns on furnace parts. Winches can be returned within 7 days if they are in new condition, meaning you have not bolted or mounted them to your fish house, leaving Any kind of marks on the winch.
For warranty concerns, you must call us, and we can help you with any issues you may have. Warranty will be voided if other tools that we did not manufacture are used to operate your winches, such as the Ez Up Adapter Black n Green (30205), the Easy Crank Winch Socket - Large, Or The FUSION Lifting stick. These tools have all caused damage to the winches we sell, and it is easy for us to see the damage in a warranty claim. ICNUTS Lift Assist Tool Kits Are The Only Recommended Tool For use with our winches; we sell all other tools, and the warranty will be void.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
